**Please note:** Your Safari official start in Maun. Bush rover Safaris is happy to assist with pre-arrangement of accommodation and transfer from the airport to the lodge. You need to arrive a day before your safari starts the next day.

Detailed itinerary

Having taken various flights to reach Maun airport this afternoon it is here where you will meet and greet representative from Bush rover safaris, he will be holding a board written your name. Transfer to the lodge where you going to overnight the guide will brief and discuss with the pickup time for the next day to start holiday safari on day 1.

ACTIVITIES: CAMEL RIDE

The Meru- style tents measure 3 meters by 4 meters with a high roof and a porch at the front and are equipped with comfortable beds with a mattress plus high quality bedding that includes a duvet and pillows. There are insects’ screens on all windows and doors. A zipped door at the rear leads into an open-roofed en-suite bathroom with a bucket shower and a long –drop bush toilet. Showers can be ordered as hot, warm, or cold-water is heated in a bucket on the kitchen fire and brought to the tent when requested, though the guide reserves the right to limit water use if necessary. Soap, hand towels and bath towels are supplied.  

 

Early morning of the the day after enjoying our breakfast the journey takes to the famous reserve one of the best wilderness destinations of Botswana which covers swamps and dry areas. Moremi rates one of the leading wildlife areas in southern Africa and must certainly be one of the most beautiful. Where land and delta meet, a mosaic of pans, grassland, rolling parklands, forests, lagoons, and floodplains combine to provide a richly diverse habitat in which wildlife can flourish. The reserve comprises an area of 30 900 square kilometers which include Xhini, Xakanaka, khwai,

south gate, north gate and is dominated by mopane vegetation

ACTIVITIES: GAME DRIVES, SUNDOWNER  

you are woken early morning by the camp crew, who fill the stand basin outside the tent with warm water so you can face bath before breakfast around the camp firebase, the sun starts to creep above the horizon to the rhythmic background cooling a myriad of birds, we begin to search of the region, famed

wildlife. Examining the tracks, cats and flora of the environment allows you to better understand how the species co –exist and that role /niche that each organism occupies in the ecosystem. There is also a chance that we may encounter a variety of mammals whilst on sightings will inevitably be at a distance, the experience is that much more dramatic from being in the vehicle.

ACTIVITIES: Game drives. Sundowner

This reserve is one of the most beautiful and unspool in Africa, covering nearly 5,000 square kilometers of the floodplain and grasslands intertwined with riverine forest and lagoons. This diverse ecosystem provides mosaic of habitats for wide variety of mammals. The area is home to a resident herd of several hundred buffalo whose range covers the territories of at least four prides of lion, which are often seen flanking the perpetually moving herds. Breeding herds of elephants move between the water and mopane woodland were animals get to

 browse. Multiple animals gathered allows us to play with group composition shots and methods to capture the interactions and behavior with our cameras

Early morning after breakfast will be game drive towards the mokoro station where will start mokoro[canoe] activity, we will change mode of transport, you will meet poolers who will be pooling you, they are professionals and skilled with more information about an area. This will give chance to get pictures closer and enjoy the tranquility.

Our journey takes us to Chobe national park [ Savuti] long regarded as must during any visit to Botswana, Savuti offers exciting wildlife and some of the most diverse landscapes in the country. Is an area roughly 5 000 square kilometers, lies within Chobe national park near its boundary the mababe depression and Savuti marsh.

Savuti once part of the giant lake Makgadikgadi and in those days connected to both the okavango and Zambezi rivers. When lake Makgadikgadi started drying up some 30 000 years ago, lake mababe was left behind as giant pool which also dried eventually, leaving behind the mababe depression.

Full days in Savuti will have opportunity to visit the rock paintings. Game drives in the morning and afternoon the back for lunch, siesta.

  • We charge $540 per person sharing per day and we confirm custom-made itineraries for a minimum of two (2) people.
  • For single travelers, the rate is $525 per person per day.
  • Professional photographers or those who want a maximum of two (2) in a vehicle will be charged $740 per person per day with a minimum of two (2) guests.
  • For a group of 6 to 8 guests, the rate drops to $520 per person per day.
