Please note: Your Safari officially starts in Kasane. Bush Rover Safari is happy to assist you with pre-arrangement accommodation and transfer (pick up) from the airport to the lodge. You need to arrive a day before your safari starts next day.

Detailed itinerary

Upon on arrival a professional guide from Bush rover safaris will be waiting at the airport with a board written your name, He will meet and greet to transfer you to the lodge where you going to overnight.

ACTIVITIES: Boat cruise

Early morning after enjoyed our breakfast the journey takes us to Chobe national park in Savuti one of best wilderness areas of Botswana which is part of Chobe. The next 3 days will be spent searching for variety of wildlife and birds. Camping is in a private designated areas with our own ablutions the camp backup team will be ahead to set up the camp. Game drive all the way to the camp.

BEGIN YOUR STAY AT BUSH ROVER SAFARIS MOBILE TENTED CAMP

The Meru- style tents measure 3 meters by 4 meters with a high roof and a porch at the front are equipped with comfortable beds with a mattress plus high quality bedding that includes a duvet and pillows. There are insects’ screens on all windows and doors. A zipped door at the rear leads into an open roofed en-suit bathroom with a bucket shower and long drop bush toilet. Showers can be ordered as hot, warm, or cold. Water is heated in a bucket at the kitchen fire and brought to the tent when requested, though the guide reserves the authority to limit water use if necessary. Soap, hand towels and bath towels are supplied.

ACTIVITIES: Game drives, sundowner

The backup team early in the morning will wake you up warm water will be ready in front bathing basin to freshen up the face as soon as you are ready you can visit the dinning room for breakfast to start up the day ready for morning game drives. After morning drive, we come back to the camp for lunch, siesta that the best time for shower.


ACTIVITIES: Game drives, rock paintings

The safari takes us to another destination moremi game reserve in khwai area. As the sun rises you will be transferred from Savuti to khwai [ eastern of moremi] for the next 2 days. This is where we going to do mokoro exploration on the second day of stay to enjoy the spectacular landscape of this unique region.

Early morning after our breakfast will embark on drive to the mokoro station, mode of transport will change to mokoro[canoe] will be used to explore in the khwai river. You will meet poolers who will be polling you the entire activity. They are professionals and skilled with more information about the area, this will give chance to get pictures closer and enjoy the tranquility.
ACTIVITIES: Game drives, mokoro exploration, bush walks.

Today the journey takes to another part of moremi game reserve xakanaka. Early morning after breakfast slowly you will be doing game drives transfer for the last three [3] days. Moremi game reserve is one of the best wilderness areas of Botswana which covers swamps and dry areas.
The next three days will be spent searching for the wide variety of wildlife and birds that this area is renowned for a while adsorbing the sounds and beauty of this region.

Today we have full days this will give us chance to explore a wide range area of moremi. This is an excellent area for birdwatching as relatively easy to access to permanent water polls and allows for close sightings. This reserve is one of the most beautiful and unspool in Africa, covering nearly 5, 000 square kilometer of the floodplain and grasslands intertwined with riverine forest and lagoons. This diverse ecosystem provides mosaic of habitats for wide variety of mammals. The area is home to resident herd of several hundred buffalo whose range covers the territories of at least four prides of lions, which are often seen flanking the perpetually moving herds. Breeding herds of elephants move between the water and mopane woodland where animals get to browse.

After seeing some of the most incredible sights on the earth, our safari has come to an end. Savor breakfast this morning and say bye!!to the back up team you will be transferred to Maun as per your arrangements.

  • We charge $540 per person sharing per day and we confirm custom-made itineraries for a minimum of two (2) people.
  • For single travelers, the rate is $525 per person per day.
  • Professional photographers or those who want a maximum of two (2) in a vehicle will be charged $740 per person per day with a minimum of two (2) guests.
  • For a group of 6 to 8 guests, the rate drops to $520 per person per day.
